<p>Managing Director Mr Brent Holton said the new plant will take Styrotech one step further to completing the next phase of  Styrotech expansion program.</p>
<p>The new machine’s will be installed in the additional 5000 square feet production facility acquired early in 2011 and will compliment the excisting foam cutting equipment already on site.</p>
<p>Styrotech’s  additional capacity will further expanded to cover a wider  range of Materials to include…Polyethylene Foams..Polyurethane Foams..Plastazote Foams..Stratocell Foams and foam rubber.</p>
<h2>Cnc Routing</h2>
<p>Styrotechs new die cutting equipment will complement the existing axis cnc routing facility and will further enhance the wide range of services it offers its customers.</p>
<p>Styrotech produces a wide range of bespoke Foam packaging items from a simple pad or strip to a complex composite pack. Styrotechs design team will<br />
work with the client to produce packaging that enhances the protective performance<br />
and the aesthetic values of the customers product.</p>
<p>Customers new packaging designs, are completed within one week from conception to pre production samples. The clients project is overseen by a dedicated account manager who will over see the design and costing process to ensure the customers criteria for performance and unit cost are meet.</p>
<p>Styrotech offer a comprehensive range of  range of  standard off the shelf foam packaging products including Foam Edge Protectors, Foam Channels, Foam Corner protectors, reusable foam packaging, foam tote trays and foam tool case inserts.</p>
<p>Large volume production runs of  bespoke products can be stored and delivered in to schedule on a weekly or daily basis.</p>
<p>Styrotech’s ongoing investment program added to the wealth of experience and ambitious  young team will ensure a healthy and prosperous future for Styrotech and its clients.</p>
